Filling Machine
Professional Packaging Equipment Supplier
1. Product Overview
The filling machine is automated packaging equipment engineered to dose liquids, pastes, powders, and other products into containers such as bottles, cans, and pouches. Built around a product storage system, metering system, filling valve block, conveyor, and PLC control system, it delivers precise, repeatable filling for the food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Typical applications include beverage, edible oil, spirits, personal-care, chemical liquid, and pharmaceutical liquid filling. Key advantages include high metering accuracy (±0.2%), fast filling speeds, a wide material range (viscosity 1–50,000 mPa·s), a high degree of automation, and compliance with GMP/FDA hygiene standards, with all product-contact parts made of food-grade stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials.
2. Working Principle
The material is conveyed from the storage tank through pipelines to the metering system, which performs precise quantification according to the preset volume (volumetric, gravimetric, or flow-meter metering may be used). The filling valve group achieves a three-stage filling process of fast filling, slow filling, and drip-free closure under PLC control, preventing liquid splashing and bubble formation. The conveying system positions empty bottles at the filling station and automatically sends them out after filling. The control system monitors filling volume, speed, and abnormal conditions in real time to ensure product consistency in every bottle. For carbonated beverages, the isobaric filling principle is adopted: CO₂ is first charged into the bottle to establish an isobaric environment, then filling proceeds to prevent liquid foaming and overflow. For hot-fill products, the bottle is preheated by high-temperature rinsing before filling, sealed immediately after filling, and then inverted for sterilization to ensure product hygiene and safety.
