What types of equipment do you offer?
We supply full-range pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, and environmental protection process equipment. Both refurbished and new custom equipment available.
What is the difference between refurbished and new equipment?
Refurbished equipment has been professionally tested, repaired and refurbished, offering shorter delivery and cost advantage. New equipment is custom manufactured to your specifications.
Does refurbished equipment come with a warranty?
Yes. We are one of the few companies in this region providing full after-sales service for refurbished equipment, including warranty period, installation guidance, spare parts and remote support.
Can I arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. We accept third-party on-site inspection at our facility, and video inspection is also available.
What are your delivery times?
In-stock equipment: 1-3 working days. Refurbished equipment: 3-7 working days. Newly manufactured equipment: 7-45 working days.
What delivery terms and payment methods do you support?
FOB Qingdao, CIF destination port, DDP available. T/T (30% advance, balance before shipment) and L/C accepted.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. Remote video guidance or on-site technician installation support available.
