Stainless Steel Storage Tank
1. Product Overview
The stainless steel storage tank is a core storage vessel used in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries for storing liquids or gases. It consists of a tank body (shell and heads), supports, nozzles, manholes, level gauges, and accessories, roll-formed and welded from high-quality stainless steel plate, combining excellent mechanical properties with corrosion resistance.
Widely applicable to: Fine chemical raw material storage, food-grade liquid storage, pharmaceutical intermediate storage, pure water storage, electronic-grade chemical storage, etc.
Equipment features: Resistant to atmospheric corrosion and various chemical media, smooth surface for easy cleaning, internal walls can be polished to mirror grade, long service life, compliant with food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
2. Working Principle
The storage tank is a static storage device; liquid is injected through the inlet nozzle and discharged by gravity or external pumping; operates under atmospheric or slight pressure, equipped with a breather valve on top to maintain slight positive or negative pressure; for media requiring insulation or heating, steam or cooling water can be passed through the jacket to control temperature; the bottom drain nozzle facilitates regular cleaning and liquid discharge.
