High-pressure Reactor

High-Pressure Reactor

1. Product Overview

The high-pressure reactor is a sealed reaction vessel engineered for elevated working pressures. It consists of a thick-walled body, high-pressure agitation system, high-pressure sealing assembly, heating/cooling system and a safety-interlock control system, and is built for chemical reactions under combined high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Typical applications: hydrogenation, oxidation, supercritical reactions, polymerization, coal liquefaction and materials synthesis.

Key features: pressure ratings up to 100MPa, reliable sealing, comprehensive safety interlocks and suitability for combined high-temperature, high-pressure duties.

2. Working Principle

Materials are held in the sealed thick-walled vessel while the agitation system mixes them under high-pressure sealing. The external heating system (electric or thermal oil) raises the contents to process temperature and the internal pressure rises accordingly. High-pressure sealing structures (Type B ring, Type C ring, clamp quick-open) remain leak-tight at pressure, and the safety interlock system monitors pressure and temperature in real time, cutting the heating and raising an alarm whenever limits are exceeded.

3. Classification
