1. Product Overview
The pillow packaging machine is an automated packaging machine specifically designed to wrap block, bar, and sheet products in film to form pillow-shaped sealed packs. It consists of a film conveying system, former, longitudinal sealing mechanism, transverse sealing and cutting mechanism, feeding system, and PLC control system, suitable for pillow packaging operations in the food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, and hardware industries. 2. Working Principle
Film from the roll passes through guide rollers into the former, which folds the flat film into a tube around the product. The longitudinal sealing wheels continuously heat-seal the film tube overlap to form a longitudinal seal. The feeding system pushes products into the film tube at set pitches. The transverse sealing and cutting mechanism simultaneously performs cross-sealing and cutting between adjacent products, forming individual pillow packs. The PLC control system synchronizes film feeding, longitudinal sealing, product feeding, and transverse sealing/cutting timing. The servo drive system achieves stepless speed regulation and precise bag length control.
