1. Product Overview
The cartoning machine is automated packaging equipment designed to load products (bottles, blister packs, bags, tubes, etc.) together with their leaflets into cartons and close them automatically. 2. Working Principle
Flat carton blanks are drawn from the magazine and opened one at a time by the vacuum opening mechanism. Products are conveyed to the pushing station where the pushing mechanism simultaneously pushes the product and folded leaflet into the opened carton. The side flaps of the carton are automatically tucked in by the tuck-in mechanism. The sealing mechanism folds and closes the main flaps by tucking (tuck-in type) or gluing and pressing (adhesive type) to complete the sealing. The PLC control system uses photoelectric sensors to detect product, carton, and leaflet presence — if any material is missing, the machine automatically stops or skips to ensure every carton is complete. Servo drives achieve precise pushing and carton positioning.
