1. Product Overview
Automatic packaging machines are a family of automated packaging equipment spanning vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS), horizontal flow wrapping, thermoforming and shrink wrapping. 2. Working Principle
Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS): Film is formed into a tube via the former, longitudinally sealed, then filled by the metering device (measuring cup/screw/electronic scale), and transversely sealed and cut to form individual packages. Horizontal Automatic Packaging: Pre-made bags or film are opened, filled, and sealed in a horizontal direction, suitable for irregular products. Thermoforming Packaging: Bottom film is heated and stretched into a tray, product is placed, then covered with top film and vacuum/gas flushed before sealing. Shrink Wrapping: Product is covered with shrink film then passes through a shrink tunnel where the film tightens around the product. The PLC control system coordinates all station actions with servo-driven precise motion control.
