1. Product Overview
The ribbon mixer is a horizontal mixing equipment that uses inner and outer double ribbons to drive materials for mixing. It consists of a U-shaped cylinder, inner/outer ribbons, drive shaft, and discharge valve. Widely used for: powder-powder and powder-liquid mixing in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and building materials. Features: fast mixing, complete discharge, can add liquid spraying system, suitable for viscous materials.
2. Working Principle
The inner ribbon pushes material from the center to the ends, while the outer ribbon pushes material from the ends to the center, forming a convective circulation; materials achieve uniform mixing in a short time. Liquids can be added evenly via spray nozzles.

By Ribbon Structure:
Single Ribbon Mixer: Only one ribbon, simple mixing / Low requirement conditions
Double Ribbon Mixer: Inner and outer reverse ribbons, strong convection / General purpose, high uniformity requirements
Paddle-Ribbon Mixer: Ribbon and paddle combination, convection and shear / Agglomerates or liquid addition conditions
