1. Product Overview
The conical screw mixer is a versatile blender that combines the orbiting and self-rotation of a screw to create strong convection and shear inside a conical vessel. The unit consists of a conical vessel, single or double cantilevered screws, a drive system and a discharge valve. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, chemicals and food. Key features: very high mixing precision, complete discharge with no dead corners, optional liquid spraying and jacket, and suitability for materials with large specific-gravity differences.
2. Working Principle
The cantilevered screw orbits the central axis of the vessel while rotating rapidly on its own axis; it lifts material from the bottom to the top along the screw surface, and the self-rotation throws it outward; the material forms omni-directional convection and diffusion inside the conical vessel, reaching a uniform blend rapidly.

Single-screw conical mixer: one cantilevered screw, simple structure — for general powder and granule mixing
Double-screw conical mixer: two cantilevered screws, faster blending — for large batches with high uniformity requirements
Asymmetric double-screw mixer: two screws of different lengths that eliminate mixing blind spots — for fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals
