1. Product Overview
The 2D mixer is a mixing equipment that makes the cylinder perform both rotational and swinging motions simultaneously. It consists of a frame, swinging mechanism, drive system, and mixing cylinder. Widely used for: large-batch powder and granule mixing in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and building materials. Features: simple structure, reliable operation, large loading capacity, easy discharge.
2. Working Principle
The cylinder rotates around its central axis driven by a motor, while simultaneously swinging back and forth in the horizontal plane via the swinging mechanism. Under the compound action of rotation and swinging, the materials constantly tumble, convect, and diffuse for uniform mixing.

Standard 2D Mixer: Simple rotation + swing / Large batch general powder mixing
Vacuum 2D Mixer: Cylinder can be vacuumized / Deaeration mixing for easily oxidized materials
Jacketed 2D Mixer: With water cooling or steam jacket / Temperature-controlled or cooling mixing conditions
